FAQ:
1. Q: Why the solar can not produce 100W power when charging to ROCKPALS power station?
A: As you know , the solar panels are affected by many factors: such as the light intensity and the panel’s angle put on the ground. 100w is tested in an ideal laboratory. However, the intensity of the light constantly changes. In addition, the angel of the light illuminating the solar panel also changes with the rotation of the sun.

I bought this to charge both battery packs and my car when camping. I have a solar controller in the car already. This is a really nice solar panel. Comes with lots of hook ups so I can charge any of my portable solar generators. Also the nice Anderson Power pole connects makes it really easy to make my own cables to connect to other devices. I also made a 50’ extension cable.I highly recommend this panel for anyone looking to go off grid. I have another 100w solar panel but it’s a large 25 pound suitcase which takes up a lot of precious cargo space.I’ll update this over time but so far really like it. I’ve been testing it in the yard for the past few weeks and it has performed flawlessly.

We bought this solar charger for use at the beach. It works great for use with phones and tablets. Very durable and easy to use. Have had no issues at all. Bought this item on sale and will be purchasing a second so we can keep one in each car.

I grabbed this solar panel for car camping and I am already very happy with my purchase. I have a fixed mount 100-watt on the roof of my truck, but having a panel whose placement is not at the mercy of your truck was super useful.I used this suitcase salad panel with a goal zero li400 and it kept my car fridge powered and my battery topped off the whole day! I also used it to recharge my USB powered Bluetooth speaker. Pretty rad. I never had ideal conditions but I was getting close to 80-watts depending on panel placement.I would happily grab another one of these for double input for some cloudier days.

Works perfect with my portable generator from the same brand. Easy to use! Highly recommended.

The construction is really solid, and charged by Jackery 240 right away. It was a smoky day due to the current fire, and it still charged at 54W at 35%, where as the wall charger was giving 39W. Love the attached standing legs.

Seems good so far! Charges my external battery. Looking forward to camping with this! It is heavier than I expected, but I’m hoping that means it’s high quality. 100W panel is no joke. I love the built in stand. Pretty cool!

this solar is amazing. I like the large panels inside that fold in on itself in a little briefcase. this panel is exactly what I was looking for. it is well made, portable, versatile. the smart USB port charges my phone incredibly fast. and I laid this out om my balcony and within a day of full sunlight my powerbank was entirely full!! this has been very helpful.

This 100W panel is the ideal compromise between power generation and weight. I bought this for when I go overnight car camping to charge my portable battery pack. It toos it off while running more of the luxury components of my camp set up. It has all the hardware to link another panel in series. The grommets allow to hang on the side of the vehicle to maximize sun exposure. The integrated stands allow it to stand on its own.The panels are well made, glued and sewn into canvas. Everying folds up into a compact carry package about the side of a small suitcase.

I haven’t used it yet, but I like the design and build of the upgraded Rockpals 100W folding solar panels. I like the fact the panels are a more compact size with the same output, and you can connect two panels to your power station using the universal Anderson connectors. The flip out stands should increase the panel efficiency. The velcro replacing the old opener buckles is also an improvement.

Looking forward to using this. tried to copy and paste my review from Rockpals.com but it wouldn’t paste? I got two to daisy chain together with a Jackery 1000. Hopefully they will run my fans in the summer and recharge well.
