I purchased this kit and installed it on the roof of my travel trailer. I have experience with off-grid wind and solar installations, having lived on a sailboat for 3 1/2 years on renewable wind and solar. My experience with the Renogy kit, from quality of components to completeness of the kit for installation, was nearly flawless. I used the complete kit and only added a $10 tube of Dicor sealant for sealing the holes in the membrane roof of my travel trailer. That’s it—everything else needed, every nut, screw, washer, connector, etc. was included and worked perfectly. Performance wise, I am able to get a maximum of 22-24 amps out of the system. It’s hard to tell what it’s capable of since it tops off my batteries usually by 10 AM (I am currently camped in Arizona near the Painted Desert National Park). I highly recommend the system and the MPPT controller. I would not hesitate to purchase another product or system from Renogy.
