This product arrived super fast. I got a great deal on item as it was from Amazon Warehouse, yes it had a few dents and other things going on with it, but had never been installed. I was able to straighten out the dents and bracket so you cant even tell it was damaged. Over all we are happy with this unit, our home is around 3500 square feet and we have 3 Bathrooms, 2 of the baths having tubs. I was worried about the flow rate with our master bath, but honesty this unit works great. It does take a few seconds if we are using hot water all the way on other side of house to get super hot, but when it does get hot it stays that way for as long as you need it too. I happen to be a contractor so I was able to install the unit myself thankfully, but for average home owner this would be costly to have installed. The unit takes 4 – 40 Amp two pole breakers and pulls around 150 amps if I remember right. I already installed a new service at my home right after we bought it and its 400 amps. If anyone is thinking about getting this unit I would do a load calculation on your home before ordering. If you don’t have atleast a 200 amps service then don’t buy this unit. Go with the smaller units overall seems to be great unit and just hope it will last.

Had an electrician install. Basically silent. Our last tankless was very loud. We’re pleased!

I just installed the smaller model in my home to replace an older seisco unit. the seisco was larger and did the job nicely however eemax bought out the now defunct seisco due to seiscos many problems. I have installed this unit in the stainless 4 element 36k in two other locations and I can assure you it merits 5 stars. My 3 element model is quite capable of handling a normal 3 bed 3bath home there is no doubt that the 4 element works and provides even more GPM of hot water. The last home we installed this larger unit in has a 36″ shower head and a soaker tub they use nightly and I haven’t heard a single complaint, in fact they love it. Ive had good service out of the two seiscos ive owned but the boards have several flaws and burn out,. The larger unit I had on the main house just went out but it was 6yr+ old. Also avoid the Bosch I’ve been through three of their smaller whole home units (minor usage in the pool house) over the years nothing but trouble and its an odd design so when one component goes its toast. Yes you do need a lot of power for these but a little research will inform you of all you need to know if it will work in your application

a little complicated to install, works good be sure to follow safety rule if you get air into water system and be sure to turn off power to prevent damage to elements when purging air from system.
