I put this 170 watt panel on our small travel trailer and it is working perfectly. Easy to install with separate brackets i purchased and is charging our battery with no problems. Would recommend.

Got my Bouge 170w Mono panel today. This item had no reviews when I bought it, so I figured I’ll some community service today. The outer box package was thick cardboard. Inside the outer box , the business side of the glass was covered with 1/4 foam and some extra cardboard. The narrow ends had some really cool cardboard/foam corners to prevent damage in those areas, too. Impressive packaging.I measured the Voc @ 23.5V in the bright sun @ about 65F air temp. The dims were right on too. 26″+ x 58″ + x 1″+. The construction seems adequate and the cells are aligned nicely. All in all, it looks pretty much like every other panel I have ever messed with. Great price!

Not a lot of reviews on this yet so I thought I’d add my experience. Solid panel and easy to mount though the Bougerv bracket holes didn’t match the panel. Easy fix but still odd. My VictronConnect MPPT controller measures its output at up to 156w so far. On partly cloudy days I’ll record a max output just over 140w. Mine are flat mount to the RV’s roof, no tilt brackets, measured during San Diego winter months. Solid and consistent numbers! Hazy or cloudier days also yield more than adequate output.I’m not typically a five star rater but this panel hits the mark nicely and consistently throughout my sampling. I’ll be buying two more of these and hope to see the same performance.

For the price I was quite skeptical of their performance. Bought two170 watt panels for now. Well packaged, one of them looked like they stepped on it then threw it across the room. Was worried, unpackaged it and was quite surprised, no cracks. The frame felt a little flimsy, but after mounting it felt ridged. Of course the first day of installing them it was cloudy. Got 190watts out of them. The second day I tested them the sun was dropping and still got 220 watts.2 months later: The most I could get was 320 watts which isn’t bad. I do have oversized wire for this application, but it is a 20’ run. So I’m lacking about 35 watts per panel. The plan was to buy 2- 170 watt panels to see how they performed, then 2 later. Since their doing a decent job I think I’ll only add one more.

I’ll come back for a more full review when I have time, but I am testing 2 of these right now, and I’m happy with the performance, so I’ll be buying 2 more. I’m kinda bummed the price went up from 149 to 155 in only a couple days though /:These are producing 130 watts each for me when lying flat and 153 watts when held to be aimed perfectly at the sun. That’s the output that should be expected, so I’m very happy. I just returned the 190w Richsolar panels because they had lower performance than these and the customer service got an attitude with me about how great their products are and that I didn’t know what I was talking about. I haven’t had to contact BougheRV customer service, so idk how they are, but that’s a good things because the products work as expected! I bought their wire and MC4 connectors too and they all appear to be top notch quality.

Mounted on our roof and is charging our battery perfectly. We use it to power some LED lights in the house.Safety thing as they are 12 volt and this unit keeps the battery charged for them

Have not had much time to use the product but tested a few times under winter sun within 1 1/2 hour from sunset and was still able to generate around 138-143 watts. Cant wait to take it camping during summer months with my Max Oak 1500. The only complaint i have is it is a bit large and has some weight to it so it may be a little cumbersome to lug around inside my Teardrop [email protected], but quite happy with it so far and i think it will do a great job charging my Max Oak.

Well built sun comes up panels start changing. Getting good charge on cloudy day very impressive. Much better then other panels I’ve owned before. I will be getting two more.
